“I’ve been a customer since around 2014 with different vehicles. On my last visit, immediately after I returned to work after a wash, I noticed two fresh symmetrical paint chips (down to the metal) on my front fender most likely caused by a belt buckle and reaching to get the hood or windshield. It broke my heart. I sent a message but received no reply. I do hope the team is aware of the damage that can be caused wearing metal buckles in the future. In the meantime I must find a new place for service.”
